Philipp Nuernberger

Philipp has worked at leading international law firms in New York, London, and Paris, and as in-house counsel based in London and Barcelona for a Nasdaq-listed U.S. company. He advises companies on their international business activities, with a particular focus on EU-US and US-EU relations. Philipp is admitted to the bar in New York.

Philipp has experience as both a member and adviser of corporate and non-profit boards in in the U.S., U.K., and Germany. His practice focuses on corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A, international regulatory and compliance.
