BUSINESS STRATEGY

WHAT IS TRILEGIS?

TRILEGIS is a project launched by three lawyers specialized in international business relations. „Tri“ is derived from Greek and means three. It not only stands for the named initiators, but also for:

  • the border triangle between Switzerland, Germany, and France including its relevant legal systems
  • threefold benefit: lawyer, in-house counsel, mediator; counselling that is fast, pragmatic and thorough;
  • a cost structure that is fair, transparent and reliable;
  • added value by broad expertise, made available quickly and co-ordinately.

What does TRILEGIS offer?

A wide range of legal and strategical counselling regarding German, French, EU, Swiss and Chinese business law. We maintain long-term partnerships with our clients, but readily serve as emergency task force if needed.

Thus, if you:

  • wish to protect your company’s intellectual property rights in China;
  • aim to terminate an employee’s contract at your company’s foreign subsidiary, and the employee wants to impose specific proceedings;
  • intend to negotiate a supply contract based on Swiss law with a non-EU business partner;
  • ask yourself how to ensure compliance in line with the ever changing EU law;
  • need a reliable contact dealing with the various legal issues that come up in the day to day business of your company

…then TRILEGIS is what you are looking for!
